Sandvik Mining delivered its first 1175E drill rig to Chongqing Iron & Steel Group's Taihe iron ore mine just outside of Xichang City in Dec. 2012. The 1175E is an electric rotary blast hole drill engineered, sourced and manufactured in Sandvik's facility in Jiading, China for emerging markets.
